Sharing and conserving a world-class collection
The Adler is proud to hold one of the most significant collections of astronomical, navigational, mathematical, and optical instruments in the world.
Embodying the spirit of exploration from the 12th century forward, the Lift-Off! Campaign will give these artifacts a new prominence in the Adler experience.
The campaign will help underwrite special exhibitions highlighting not only this collection, but also our rare book holdings, works on paper, and the personal collection of Jim Lovell.

The Adler's endowment provides a steady and adaptable stream of support for strengthening education, research, and the care and display of the Adler collections. Endowment gifts will help safeguard the Adler's landmark building, and support talented scientists, historians, and educators who keep the museum at the forefront of science and exploration.
